Came here for lunch on a Friday! Upon entry, I was immediately impressed by the space! It was beautifully designed and had a nice young cool vibe to it, yet it was still very family friendly! I was a bit overwhelmed by the menu! There were so many things I wanted to try but one of the employees helped me narrow it down to their bestsellers! I ordered the small chicken pot pie and apple pie! My order came fast & warm! I pretty much devoured the pie! The buttery crust is to die for & I love how there were lots of chicken pieces in the actual pie! I’ve had pie in the past where they would cheap out on the meat, but at Crust & Roux, you get what you paid for! The apple pie was delicious! You can definitely taste actual apples & not some canned up or quick fix to a classic! I ended up going back for dinner! It was so good! I ordered their pesto chicken sandwich with salad & a pepperoni pizza to go! I once again devoured it all. I was sad my stomach was running out of room! Crust & Roux went above my expectations! I definitely will be back!

Wow, this place is phenomenal!!! The ingredients are very fresh. Even the crust is good! The owner was there while we were dining and he was very nice. The staff was very nice as well. The restaurant has a bit of a sports bar feel to it, but more stylish. I ordered a Sicilian pizza, a slice of apple pie with ice cream and had water. Everything was good. I think my bill was $43. I had plenty of leftovers to bring home. So I’m having pizza for dinner tomorrow. I will definitely visit this place again.

Wow. What a dynamite experience. I was in town for the weekend and my friends said they had to bring me to this spot. They were absolutely right. We stuffed ourselves and left with tons of leftovers! We enjoyed a huge pie. It was called The Spicy Rosa. Shrimp, Scallops, Mushrooms, Green Onions, Chili Flakes and a blend of their Roux & Red Sauce! Fresh, delicious and filling. We also ordered a large Gumbo Pot Pie. This thing was made fresh to order and was an absolute monster, bursting with flavor, unlike anything I’ve ever had before. We finished off with a very generous slice of very tasty strawberry pie with ice cream and a slice of blueberry pie, bedrock style. The slice was buried under whipped cream, pop tart pieces, fruity pebbles and sprinkles. An absolute stoner masterpiece of a recipe, I’m sure! They had a bunch of other amazing things and pies on the menu. I can’t wait to go back. We had fun, enjoyed the food and awesome service. I’ve already recommended this place to two of my friends who are going to Vegas soon. Don’t deprive yourself of this unique experience.

Very DELICIOUS and hipster swanky restaurant with pizza, pot pies and sandwiches. AND crazy awesome desert pies. Expensive, but the quality of the food was the best in Las Vegas. #worthit The staff was extraordinarily friendly, helpful, attentive and pleasant. Pro Tip: they do have a gluten-free pizza option that is not on the menu. We ordered the Sicilian pizza (definitely), the KBBQ (👍) and the seafood pot pie. The Ceasar salad is a must pre-pizza. Took home 3 full pies (blueberry, pecan and strawberry). I added a picture of the cheese and pepper shakers because they are very slick with open/close, on/off switches. An example of the little details that make this restaurant super cool.Can't wait to go back and try more flavors.

This place is beautiful, I like the layout and design and it's very inviting. Staff is very friendly and great service. I recommend the pot pies, Gumbo pot pie to be exact, pizza is delicious as well, a little disappointed with the pumpkin pie. The crust is a little too thick for my liking that it made a little gummy, however the filling tastes great and thus why I gave this a 4 star rating. I do definitely recommend this place.

AMAZING! Food was excellent, pizza options are vast and the crust is the perfect consistency !! Don’t event get my started on the dessert! Just an overall quality experience Room is a vibe and a great place to maybe watch a game or have friends hang out. In a great location and quick wait time! New favorite spot !!

My Mom and I had our first dine-in experience today (normally order to go). The pizza was so delicious straight out of the oven and the service was some of the best we've ever had at any restaurant. Our waitress and the other staff are so friendly and welcoming. I sense this is a tight group who truly enjoy working at this establishment, and it shows. We always get the Sicilian Pizza, which was so yummy. We also split the Greek Salad and had a piece of strawberry pie a la mode. I just love this place. I know many out-of-towners come here, but it still feels like a neighborhood pizza joint.Thank you, Crust and Roux!

This place is just the best pizza in Las Vegas period... being born and raised in New Jersey, I'm well versed in what is good pizza. This place is just a joy to visit. The atmosphere is very fun and the pizza is cooked to perfection. My family and I eat here probably twice a week and never had a bad pizza. If you are looking for great pizza the staff at Crust and Roux will take care of you!

Oh this place is just wonderful! I was impressed with the superb customer service, they were patient and took time to explain what each special entailed that I requested. The food, wow. I miss food in Italy and this was the closest I've had in such a long time. We got one of the family sized pepperoni pizzas. This is my new favorite pizza place in Las Vegas for sure!

One of our daughters recently moved to the area and, based on info from Yelp, we decided to give Crust and Roux a try yesterday. We ordered a large pepperoni and the nice guy behind the counter pointed out a special so we got a great price on it. We also ordered a Greek Salad.A few minutes later we got the Greek Salad and it was the best we'd ever had. Light and crisp and delicious.

If you're looking for a great pizza this is the place! The dough is absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked and not too thick or thin, just right. Sauce is flavorful and rich and the toppings are of great quality and taste. Also had a caesar salad and can't recommend it enough. All the ingredients were fresh and delicious. The staff were great all helpful and friendly. Lots of tvs and comfortable tables, great for large and small parties. Can't recommend this place enough.

Our usual pizza place let us down tonight so ordered from here instead and was really impressed! Their customer service is excellent and delivery was fast. Pizza was made just right and tasted really good. Their cheese is much better, sauce nicely seasoned and veggies seemed fresh and not canned or frozen. I think we've found our new favorite pizza place!

Great place to come and spend quality time while enjoying the best pizza in the city! I've been coming here for years, even before Lowell the Greek took over and made this place the great place it is now! Always feel like family when I come here. I bring my family and friends and they always agree that the environment and vibe is super welcoming. I will continue to take the trip to this location. Great pizza, don't miss it! Wow just wow!! Great pizza, excellent customer service and beyond! My boo wanted us to come here for date night and I'm glad that he did! Super authentic pizza and great environment. The owner greeted us and was super kind to us, made us feel at home! I will continue to take the trip to this location. Great pizza, don't miss it! Simply put, THE best!!
